I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up finding out I needed a root canal, which was honestly a bit overwhelming at first. But Dr. Taylor and Mario made the entire experience so much easier. They were personable, funny, and very easy to talk to, which really helped calm my nerves. What I appreciated most was Dr. Taylor’s communication—everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. That level of honesty and care meant more than I can put into words. Mario was just as great, keeping things light and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I also briefly met Maggie toward the end of my visit, and she was just as kind and welcoming. Overall, the whole team created such a calm, reassuring environment. I’m really grateful for the experience and highly recommend this office!

I went to the orthodontist to see Dr. Yessenia and Dr. Nguyen to get my retainers checked. They were really kind and made the visit easy and comfortable. I was happy to find out I could get a free new set of retainers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m thankful for their help with keeping my smile looking good!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Cypress Dental Group and Orthodontics. I was dealing with an extremely painful broken tooth and had originally scheduled an emergency appointment with another office—but they canceled just an hour before. When I called them back in tears, the person I spoke with was incredibly rude, which only made an already stressful situation even worse. Desperate and in excruciating pain, I reached out to Cypress Dental Group and Orthodontics. From the moment I called, they were compassionate and accommodating—they were able to fit me in the very same day. Dr. Taylor and her entire staff went above and beyond. Not only were they kind and reassuring, but they even stayed past 6 PM to make sure my treatment was completed. Dr. Taylor took the time to explain everything before she did it, which helped calm my nerves tremendously. I’ve had less-than-great experiences with dentists in the past, so I was very anxious going in…but this experience completely changed my perspective. I felt cared for, respected, and truly taken care of. If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely puts patients first, I highly recommend them. They turned a terrible day into a positive experience, and I’m so grateful.
