Impressed I had my first appointment at Cypress Dental Group, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Alvaro at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Aysia carefully took my x-rays. Dr. Taylor was professional, informative, polite, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Daniela, the dental assistant, was professional and very attentive. The hygienist, Mohini, was professional and personable. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. I was impressed by the entire team's commitment to patient care. They stayed late to make sure all of my dental needs were taken care of, and I truly appreciated their time and dedication. Thank you to everyone at Cypress Dental Group for such a positive experience. It is rare to find people who care and demonstrate passion for their work.
